Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern your use of Miso Tarot (the "Service") at misotarot.com, including the free 3-card reading and the paid 5-Card Deep Reading.

2. Nature of the Service

Miso Tarot provides tarot, birth chart (Four Pillars), and zodiac readings for entertainment and self-reflection only. Readings are generated with the help of artificial intelligence.

The Service is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not use it as a substitute for a licensed professional. You are solely responsible for any decision you make after reading it.

3. Free and Paid Services

Free: The 3-card reading is free. No installation and no account required.
Paid: The 5-Card Deep Reading costs $6.99 USD per reading and includes 5 cards read by position, a birth chart (Four Pillars) reading, and a zodiac reading.

4. Payment

Payment is processed entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
One purchase = one reading. Your reading opens once, right after payment clears. Take a screenshot to keep it.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include all applicable fees.

5. Refund Policy

If your reading does not arrive — for example because of a server error, or because the page closed before it opened — email q51413545@gmail.com with your PayPal receipt. We will either send your reading within 24 hours or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Because each reading is written for you the moment you pay and is delivered immediately, a reading that has already been generated and shown to you is not refundable simply because you disagree with what it says. Readings are for entertainment and self-reflection, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Refunds are issued through PayPal and usually arrive within 3–5 business days.

6. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate information. A wrong birth date produces a wrong reading, and that is not grounds for a claim beyond the refund policy above.
Do not use the Service to harass, defraud, or mislead anyone.
You must be 18 or older to make a purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

The card artwork, text, and code of the Service belong to Miso Tarot. Your own reading is yours to keep and share. Do not resell or republish our content in bulk.

8. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. If we discontinue a paid feature you have already purchased but not yet received, we will refund you in full.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the reading in question.
