The short version. We do not have accounts, so we do not have a database of users. Your question, your name, and your birth date are used to write your reading and are not stored on our servers. Your past readings are saved only in your own browser.

Payments are handled by PayPal, who act as their own data controller. What PayPal collects is covered by PayPal's Privacy Statement. We receive only the confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Readings are generated by a third-party AI service. Your question and birth details are sent to that service in order to produce your text. They are not used to identify you, and we do not keep a copy.
We use your browser's local storage to remember your past readings and whether you have paid for a reading in progress. This lives on your device. If you clear your browser data, switch browsers, or use private browsing, that information is gone — including an unopened paid reading. If that happens, email us and we will make it right.
The English app itself does not run advertising. Some other pages on misotarot.com may show Google AdSense advertising, which uses cookies. You can manage this at Google Ads Settings.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Because we do not store your personal information, there is generally nothing for us to delete. If you believe we hold something about you, email us and we will look and respond within 30 days.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above.
